Jerry Gilroy:  Jerry had only recently moved to Bayport, so doesn’t have the long history with the Hardys which the others do, but he’s a staunch friend when he is around.  Jerry’s dark-haired, of medium height, with rosy cheeks , and has a wiry build.  He plays in the outfield for the Bayport High baseball team and is skilled on the trapeze.
