Splash Page: “Joe stirred as he heard the van door close. He figured they had arrived at their destination and that Lindsey had already gone in to see her grandparents. Joe groaned as he pulled himself into a normal, sitting position and immediately felt a kink in his neck. He was about to stretch again when he felt a moist cloth cover his nose and mouth. Joe’s blue eyes flew open, his adrenaline kicked in and he began to fight his unknown foe. However, the struggle was brief, as Joe had been caught off-guard and had inhaled enough of the chloroform for it to do it’s job. He slumped into unconsciousness.”
