The little blond haired boy was scared. Around him he could hear the whispers and he knew they were looking for him. His heart was beating so loudly he was sure it would betray him to them.
Hot tears stung his cheeks as he clutched a ragged teddy bear tightly to his bare chest. He was so confused. He didn’t understand what he had seen…why it had happened.
He just knew two things.
His mother wasn’t ever coming back.
And his brother was a bad boy.
Special Notes: This story takes place when the boys are a bit younger. Frank is 16 while Joe is 15.
