Plot Blurb: The Winchester brothers were drawn to Bayport by a newspaper article detailing a series of inexplicable grisly murders across that little Town. Once there they found out that the local police chief had engaged the assistance of a well-known local PI, Fenton Hardy, to help solve the mysterious killings.
