Plot Blurb

A date with Callie goes very wrong when Frank Hardy is kidnapped - almost on Callie's doorstep - and he is buried alive.

Splash Page:

He went out to the van to drive over to Callie's house. The older Hardy boy felt good as he steered onto Callie's street and parked in front of her house. He got out and started up the walk.

That was when the car - another van - screeched to a halt behind him. He turned, annoyed, and saw three masked figures jump out of the van.  Frank just started to run when something sharp jabbed him in the back of his left shoulder.

The world went dark around him very quickly and then darkness set in.

Special Notes:

This story is the first round robin written on the Hardy Detective Agency Message board.  I have done some changes from when it was initially done, mostly to make sure everything blends together correctly - and to flesh things out a little more.  Otherwise, well, this is what you get when you have ten different authors trying to work together on a story...
