He saw an older truck pull up to the curb in front of the house and saw a woman get out. He stayed in the living room knowing his father would answer the door and escort her in.

A few minutes later, Andrea walked in and they all sat down. Fenton started the questioning.

"Andrea, what can you tell us about your brother?"

"Is there something specific you have in mind?" Andrea asked.

"Anything at all," Joe said. "Maybe what happened between him and Mr. Shaw and anything else that could help us track down Callie."

Andrea wrung her hands together. "I feel so bad this happened to Callie. She is such an innocent girl and didn't deserve this."

"What would your brother want in order to release Callie?" Fenton asked. "He really hasn't said anything to Mr. Shaw as of yet. If we had an idea, then we could prepare for when he makes contact."

"Milt is very upset. He had been working there for several years. Mr. Shaw, Milt and I came up with this idea to make the company use its resources more wisely. We hashed it out for several weeks and then we took it to the board. Milt was out of the office that day we made the presentation. A few days later, Mr. Shaw and I were called into the office, given a promotion and a raise. Milt was flabbergasted that he hadn't been included." Andrea looked at all of them. "But he hadn't put as much time as Mr. Shaw and I did and he has been bitter ever since."

"Do you have any idea as to where he may have taken Callie or what he wants?" Fenton asked.

Andrea let out a breath. "He has been after revenge for so long. Shortly after our promotions, he was hospitalized because he lost his grip on reality. He was only recently released. He must have fooled the doctors into releasing him and now he is finally going to get the revenge."

"What do you think he is planning to do?" Frank asked, although he had a terrible feeling as to what her answer was going to be.

Andrea took a breath. "He will make Mr. Shaw suffer the most horrible way he can." She looked around the room. "He is going to kill Callie before anyone can find her. That would make them suffer the most in the world."

Frank closed his eyes, wishing and hoping they could find Callie before it happened.

Andrea finished, "But not until he feels vindicated for his contribution, which wasn't much. He came up with one idea. Mr. Winthrop later came to me to explain that if he had contributed more he would have promoted him as well, but he didn't think it was fair. He was going to get a raise though, but, well you know..."

"So if we can arrange for it to appear he got more credit," Fenton paused. "we might be able to delay him long enough to find Callie."

"Yes," Andrea said. "I'm sorry I can't lead you directly to him, Callie and I have gotten to be close friends with all the company parties that she has attended."

"She told me," Frank said. "Thank you very much," Frank said as Andrea got up to leave, as she had to get to an important meeting. "If you think of anything, don't hesitate to call."

"I will," Andrea reassured. "I want Callie found as much as anyone else." With that she got back into her truck and left.
